Compared their rates and closing costs to other offers and no one was close to them. Good communication throughout the refinance process. The actual closing costs was a little less than the estimate i was happier. The application process certainly seemed more complicated than prior refinance experiences we’ve had, but I think that was an issue w/ the funding source and not directly with Fidelity Funding. This refinance was a frustrating experience for both of us. I was the main contact person for this process. There were delays, and other problems. Having said this, I had a great experience with Fidelity. Rene and Nazeli were very pleasant to work with. They were professional, but also friendly.
