Compared their rates and closing costs to other offers and no one was close to them. Good communication throughout the refinance process. The actual closing costs was a little less than the estimate i was happier. The application process certainly seemed more complicated than prior refinance experiences we’ve had, but I think that was an issue w/ the funding source and not directly with Fidelity Funding. The better rate is certainly worth it. I would refinance w/ them again and overall I am satisfied w/ the service and the end product we received. Rene Thanks for your help.

This refinance was a frustrating experience for both of us. I was the main contact person for this process. There were delays, and other problems. Having said this, I had a great experience with Fidelity. Rene and Nazeli were very pleasant to work with. They were professional, but also friendly.

My refinance experience was great. I had an excellent team working with me. They were expeditious and timely. I especially would like to thank Rene Khachatourian for keeping me posted on my qualification to refinance and notification in order to attain the refinance and to Anna Lizarraga, Nazeli Kerkorian for their excellent work in finalizing the refinance.
